SnapSleepCalc is a free, browser-based sleep calculator and educational resource. All calculations and content are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

By accessing or using SnapSleepCalc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

4.1. SnapSleepCalc provides tools that calculate suggested sleep and wake times based on widely accepted sleep cycle models.

4.2. Calculations are based on:

• An average sleep cycle length of approximately 90 minutes
• An estimated 14-minute sleep onset period

4.3. The Service also includes educational content related to sleep science, sleep cycles, and general sleep hygiene.

4.4. SnapSleepCalc does not track sleep, monitor health metrics, diagnose conditions, or provide personalized medical assessments.

4.5. The Service is provided free of charge and without advertisements.

5.1. The Service is not medical advice and must not be treated as such.

5.2. SnapSleepCalc does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional health recommendations.

5.3. Sleep needs vary between individuals. All calculations and recommendations are based on population averages and may not be suitable for everyone.

5.5. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information obtained through the Service.

6.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

6.3. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or related systems.

6.4. Automated access (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) is prohibited without prior written permission.

7.1. All Content and functionality are the exclusive property of SnapSleepCalc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2. All sleep calculations are performed entirely in your browser.

8.3. We do not collect, store, or transmit the sleep times or inputs you enter into the calculator.

11.3. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service, which is zero, as the Service is free.

11.4. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapSleepCalc and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

14.2. Any invalid provision shall be modified minimally to preserve its original intent.

15.1. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SnapSleepCalc.

15.2. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
