SnapSleepCalc is designed to work without collecting personal sleep data. All sleep calculations are performed entirely in your browser. We do not see, store, or transmit the times you enter.

We use minimal, privacy-focused analytics solely to understand general website usage and improve performance.

Sleep and wake times entered into the calculator are processed locally in your browser using client-side JavaScript.

• These inputs never leave your device
• They are not transmitted to our servers
• They are not stored or logged

If you contact us via email, we collect:

• Your email address
• The content of your message

This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is never used for marketing.

We collect aggregated and anonymized usage data to understand:

• Overall traffic levels
• Popular pages
• General device and browser categories

This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Our servers may automatically log limited technical information such as:

• Approximate geographic region (country-level)

We use Google Analytics 4 solely to understand aggregated traffic patterns and improve site usability.

Our GA4 implementation is configured as follows:

• IP anonymization enabled
• Google Signals disabled
• Advertising features disabled
• Remarketing disabled
• No ad personalization
• No cross-site tracking
• No data sharing for advertising purposes

In addition to Google Analytics 4, our hosting platform serves a first-party script (/~flock.js) that reports aggregated page-view and performance telemetry to a first-party endpoint (/~api/analytics) on this domain. It records technical request data such as the page URL, referrer, approximate location derived from the IP address, and browser/device type. It does not receive the times you enter into the calculator, and it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We cannot identify individual users from analytics data. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymized.

We use collected information only to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Respond to user inquiries
• Improve site performance and usability
• Monitor security and prevent abuse

We do not use data for advertising or behavioral profiling.

• All website traffic is served over HTTPS
• No personal sleep data is collected or stored

• Calculator data: Not retained (processed locally only)
• Contact emails: Retained only as long as necessary to respond (typically ≤ 12 months)
• Analytics data: Retained according to GA4 minimal retention settings

You have the right to:

• Access any personal data we hold
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to processing
• Request data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

Because we collect very limited personal data, exercising these rights is straightforward.

SnapSleepCalc may be accessed globally.

Analytics data processed by Google may be handled in countries outside your residence (including the United States), with appropriate safeguards in place under applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed.
